These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between BE UTOPIAN TECHNOSOFT PRIVATE LIMITED (“Service Provider”) and the undersigned Patient (“Patient”) in connection with facilitation of medical tourism services.
By accepting these Terms, the Patient agrees to be bound by the following:
- Scope of Services
- The Service Provider shall act solely as a facilitator/intermediary for referring international and domestic patients to healthcare providers for treatment.
- The Service Provider will not be involved in medical decisions or treatment.
- The Patient shall receive treatment directly from the healthcare provider at their own discretion and responsibility.
- Duration & Termination
- These Terms shall remain valid for one (1) year from the date of acceptance.
- Either party may terminate by giving one month’s written notice.
- Medical Treatment
- The Patient understands and acknowledges that they are solely responsible for the medical decisions and treatment procedures.
- The Service Provider shall not be responsible for any medical complications or dissatisfaction with the treatment.
- Fees and Payments
- All payments for medical treatment shall be made directly to the healthcare provider as per their payment terms.
- Exclusion of Liability
- The Service Provider shall not be liable for any loss, damages, or injuries arising due to medical complications, negligence, or disputes between the Patient and the healthcare provider.
- Confidentiality
- The Patient agrees to maintain confidentiality of all healthcare information provided by the Service Provider and the healthcare provider.
- Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Acceptance
By accepting these Terms, the Patient acknowledges understanding and agreement to the terms set forth above.
